FAQs

The last thing we want to do is leave you hanging. So we’re here to answer all your questions. And if you’re not finding what you need here, feel free to call your local park for extra support.

What's the flow of the party?

Every party will start with jump time first then you will get your room after jump time is up!

What can I bring in my outside food fee?

Anything that we already do not have or serve in the park is allowed. Examples include pizza and fountain drinks from outside are strictly prohibited. Dietary restrictions decisions will be at the discretion of management. We have mostly all the flavors and items you need to make your party time an enjoyable experience. Items that we do not have are allowed. Please check out our menu below for items we already have. Water pitchers are provided for free.

Who should I include as a Birthday jumper?

Any Guests that will be joining the Guest of Honor and participating on the attractions in the park during play time! If you have Guests that will just be observing, they don’t need to be included in the jumper count. 

Can I add jumpers after I book the party?

Absolutely!  If you would like to add on additional jumpers or make changes to the type of party package you booked it’s best to communicate with us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee upgrade availability. We encourage you to book for the smaller package initially, and then let us know in advance of the party if you’d prefer to switch to the larger package. You can let us know about an upgrade even the day of if you notice you have more jumpers than you planned for.

Is the birthday child included in the count?

Yes, the birthday child is included in the birthday jumper count for the party. This ensures that they get SkySocks and a wristband to participate on all of the Sky Zone attractions during the party. 

How old do I have to be to have my birthday at Sky Zone?

All ages are welcome.

When should everyone arrive for the party?

All your guests will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.

What does the party host do?

Party Hosts will do everything to make your party room time a seamless experience, including set-up, clean-up, serving food and drinks if asked, leading the birthday song if asked and making the party room time smooth.

Who needs waivers and how do we sign?

All jumpers and spectators need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.

Can I add extra jump time?

Yes!  We encourage parties to add on additional jump time to enjoy our activities even more!  Just give our Events Team a call.  Additional jump time would be added to the end of your party. Party room time would still be reserved for after jump time is complete.  

Is there a birthday party discount for Members?

Yes! Each level of Membership has a discount on regular priced birthday parties. Ask our Event Coordinator for details to apply your Member discount. Members have to have a minimum of 3 months with us to be eligible to use the discount.

Is a deposit required to make a birthday reservation?

A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. The deposit is applied to the total amount.

What is your cancellation policy?

We get it, life happens! Don’t Stress. Party deposits are non-refundable if you cancel. We offer flexible rescheduling policies. We strongly encourage you to reschedule at least 24 hours prior. Your deposit will be moved over to the rescheduled date if it is 24 hours before the initial booking. We just want to see you in the park for your next big event! Same-day party cancelations and rescheduling will result in a $50 charge, the remaining $50 can be transferred over to the next party booking, which has a minimum deposit of $100.

Can I upgrade a package?

We do allow upgrades! We would love to have you upgrade if you wish to do so, even on the day of the event at check-in! We DO NOT allow downgrades on our party packages.

How long are the all day passes valid for?

All-day passes are valid for one year from the day of the birthday party. They may only be used for the birthday child only.

Is the cafe menu the same for parties?

No the cafe menu does not apply to parties. It is only for jump check in.
